Hopefully everyone had a great (or at least good!) first week of summer running. Continue to use the following link to access notes for each week of summer training.  I will add the newest weeks to the top of the page so it is easy to find.  Not much changes this week, just continue to get in the flow of running MOST days... Runs should still be relatively comfortable (not slow jogging!) and you should add a 2nd day of strides.  I also put a link under "Documents/Links" on the front page of tigersxc.com to view our old general strength routines... You should start doing GS this week, 2 times.  If you don't know or remember an exercise, just skip it for now-  don't hurt yourself trying!

Remember, the first 2 weeks of summer training you are ON YOUR OWN.  We start meeting as a group on Monday, June 18.  If you consider yourself a serious runner and have goals to improve this season and be a contributor on this team-  START FILLING OUT THE TRAINING LOG IN TIGERSXC.COM!!!  Not sure how to do it?- Take a look at Malec's or Sean's log... These guys are going to be in the best shape of their live's this fall, who's going to join them??!!
