Peoria Invitational Wrap Up

On Saturday, seven athletes on the cross country team raced in the Peoria High Invite at Detweiller Park. The Crusaders placed 12th out of 41 schools, & turned in 6 personal bests! Leading the way was Charley Duggan who placed 15th. Also earning personal bests were Gavin O'Connor, Charlie Walsh, Danny Macis, Andrew Straley, & Brian Sheehan. Duggan, O'Connor, & Straley all made the Top 10 lists in school history for their respective classes! The team is now ranked #25 in the state or better in all three polls. The Crusaders have a bye week this Saturday before returning to action on Saturday, October 15th for the Catholic League Championship at Lewis University.
