The Spartans finish in 4th place at the AA Stagg Charger Invite.

The Spartans traveled to Palos Heights for the AA Stagg invitational on Saturday.  The Spartans finished 4^th out of 13 teams, with 64 points.  Leading the way for the Spartans were:

Amiri Buchanan – 1^st place Shot Put (47’2”) & 3^rd place Discus (119’8”)

Jordan Nettles – 2^nd place 100m dash (10.7)

Sir Muhammad – 2^nd place Triple Jump (41’3.5”)

Justin Suits – 2^nd Place 3200m (10:15.32)

4 x 800m relay – 3^rd place,  Dan Ford, Elvis Quiroz, Carlos Ibanez and Leo Perez (8:40.80)

Joe Otchere – 4^th place 200m (22.2 prelims & 22.54 finals) & 100m (10.7 prelims & 10.9 Finals 5thplace)

4 x 100m – 4^th place, Xavier Jones, Jordan Nettles, Kofi Owusu & Joe Otchere (44.1)

F/S 4 x 200m – 4^th place, Jayden Green, Giovani Carmona, Quincy Winters, Tyler Rehbock (1:40.4)

Greg Davis – 5^th place  High Jump (5’9” career pr)

The Spartans travel to Naperville North on Thursday of this week for the Gus Scott Invitational.
