- An eligibility form must be FILLED OUT before leaving for holiday break.

- Complete the REMIND invitation on the back of this checklist. It is a service similar to twitter. IF YOU DON’T DO twitter…….DO REMIND the invitation.

|
- Become a member of the RUNSEHS.COM site. Directions are on the site…..runsehs.com
|
|
- Follow Coach LaRue on twitter for reminders, upcoming team events, pictures and meet results. @runsehs is the TWITTER HANDLE.

|
- GET ALL NECESSARY winter clothing into your gym bag or locker. Sweatshirts, pants, light jacket, gloves, hats. ALL ATHLETES!! YES, ALL!!

|
- Check in any TEAM volunteering hours with Coach LaRue (see forms for requirements. 25 HOURS minimum)
|
|
- GET A NEW PHYSICAL exam completed.
|
|
- In order to participate in team activities: REGISTER for SEHS track and field, with form and fee $150.
|
|
- Place the REMINDER for SUMMER CAMP on the refrigerator. June 8th - July 17th (no camp the week of 4th of July)

|
- Basketball athletes and wrestlers MUST get the checklist
