Water Station: Mile 6

Lincoln Way North Girls Track and Field

Expected Arrival Time: 6:15 a.m.

Expected Finish Time: 10:00 a.m.

Parking: Please park at the lot on Schoolhouse Rd. by Lincoln-Way Central for those working at Mile 6.

This lot will probably be a popular spectator spot and we may also have emergency vehicles on standby here. Please carpool if you can.

Duties upon Arrival: Girls stationed at Mile 6 may begin walking down the trail until you get to the 6 mile marker (about ¼ of a mile). Set-up table and begin filling cups.

***Mile 6 will also be a popular water stop. Please also designate specific people to pass out cups and others to fill cups. ***

The expected finish time is estimated. The following bike may be past your water station much earlier than that. As soon as the following bike passes, you may start cleaning up your area.

There will be volunteer breakfast available at Running Excels beginning at 5:30 a.m. If you plan on stopping at the store before you head to your stations, please be sure to leave plenty of time so you can get to your station by the “Expected Arrival Time.”

Volunteer lunch will be available during the post-race party beginning at 10:30, if you would like to stop by Running Excels after you leave your stations.
