Frosh/Soph Outdoor CCL Wrap Up

Yesterday the frosh/soph field & track team competed in the Catholic League Outdoor Championship at Marmion. The Crusaders defended their indoor title besting runner-up Loyola 139-117! Event champions include Dylan McDonnell in both the high & low hurdles, Mac Alleyne in the high jump, Jake Dugger in the long jump, & Marcus Brown in the 400m. Silver medal performances came from McDonnell in the long jump, Dugger in the high jump, Charley Duggan in the 1600m, KJ Morris in the 300 hurdles, Ricky Taylor in the 400m, and the 4×100 team of Donovan Moody, Taylor, Alleyne & Brown. Third place finishes came from Brendon Jackson in the discus & Morris in the high hurdles. This Saturday, the team will travel to Loyola for the varsity championship.
