Varsity Outdoor CCL Wrap Up

On Saturday, the Track & Field team competed in the Catholic League Championship at Loyola.  The Crusaders finished 5th as a team.  Earning All-Catholic League status were Josh Boulanger who finished 2nd in the triple jump & 3rd in the long jump, Justin Palmer, who placed 4th in the 300 hurdles, Ronan Dolan, who took 5th in the triple jump, the 4th place 4x800 team of Dan Spellman, Brian McElligott, Eddie Burke, and Tommy Gleeson, the 2nd place 4x200 team of Leo Staudacher, Brendan Coghlan, Dolan, and Ty McCoy, and the 5th place 4x400 team of Coghlan, Gleeson, Palmer, & Staudacher.  This Friday night the team will travel to Morton High School for the IHSA Sectional and the right to qualify for the state meet.
