HF Open Meet Wrap Up

On Saturday the Track & Field team travelled to Homewood Flossmoor to take on the #1 ranked team in the state.  The Crusaders had two event champions, Nico Perez in the triple jump & Zach Wareyko in the shot put.  The 4x2 team of Jahlil Pettis, Giacomo Iraci, Justin Palmer, & Ronan Dolan placed 2nd, as well as the 4x4 team of Palmer, Iraci, Dolan & Brian McElligott.  Mikey Corcoran ran three great races, which included setting the freshman school record in the 600m run.  This Saturday the team will compete at Thornton in the Wildcat Invite.
