Evanston Open Meet Wrap Up

On Saturday the Track & Field team opened its season at Evanston Township.  Top performances at the F/S level came from Giacomo Iraci who won the both the 55m dash & 300m dash, as well as taking 4th in the long jump.  Ronan Dolan won the triple jump, took 2nd in the 55m dash & 3rd in the 300. Second place finishes came from Mike Davis in the shot put & Joe Eloby in the 400. Liam McElligott was 4th in the high hurdles.  At the Varsity level, Nico Perez placed 2nd in the triple jump.  4th place finishes came from Brian McElligott  in the 300 and Zach Wareyko in the shot put.  Dan Spellman was 4th in the 2 mile & 5th in the mile.  Justin Palmer took 3rd in the 300 & 4th in the high hurdles.  This Saturday the team will travel to Homewood Flossmoor.
