DeLong Improves Steeple at Mt. SAC Relays

Blake DeLong ran a personal best in the 3,000m Steeple Chase finishing 9th in the fast heat of the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 9:04.48 this Thursday night. His performance places him 6th in the nation currently in NCAA DII.

The Bearcats will compete again on Saturday at the Dewey Allgood Invitational hosted by Missouri S&T.
