Pros: Good shoe for faster efforts. I would wear it from T up to mile pace. Very light, but not as responsive as some other shoes like the Zoom Fly 4. Pace comes from the shoe getting you up on your toes. ZoomX foam keeps legs fresh and feel less sore after. 

Cons: Upper scrunches up when i tie it due to my flat foot, and had some stability issues when breaking in the shoes.
