Some of the best spikes for distance/mid distance on the market. A ton of technology goes into these super spikes for a feel like no other shoe. Great for anything 400 to 2 mile. The shoe forces you to get up on your toes and calves can be a little sore after wearing them, but that's a small price to pay for everything you're getting out of this spike. A couple cons but nothing worrying: pretty pricey at $180, and not stable enough to use for xc.
