Didn't really get to wear them alot and now that Logan broke them I feel like my money was wasted which annoys me. But the shoes are really good for the 800 and 400 and it may be pushing it a little bit to put them in the mile but they still seem to do fine in the mile. but yeah really good spikes

man these things are absolutley crazy i tell you that. I don't know if it was a mental block, or something, but the first race back I dropped 10 seconds in the 800 and dropped 20 seconds a week later in the 1600, absolutely wicked.

After like 300 miles they start to not have as much bounce and feel dead in them so in conclusion, they just don't last that long but are a good shoe and great for stability and can go fast if you want to.

I have about 500 miles as it stands on the peg 39s, and the tread hasn’t worn down at all which is a crazy but welcoming surprise to me. There’s a little bit of wear in the heel area but that’s normal, especially for 500 miles in. Definitely the most hardy shoe I’ve worn in the last couple years. Good on speed / tempo days as well as the slow easy or long runs. 10/10

Pretty nice long-distance shoes, I noticed the turnover felt good even after 5-6 miles. Took longer than usual to break them in, but once they were, they were really comfortable. You won’t get up to race pace in these, though, so they’re not the right shoes for a repeat workout. Overall I’d give em a 7/10

Pros: Good shoe for faster efforts. I would wear it from T up to mile pace. Very light, but not as responsive as some other shoes like the Zoom Fly 4. Pace comes from the shoe getting you up on your toes. ZoomX foam keeps legs fresh and feel less sore after.
Cons: Upper scrunches up when i tie it due to my flat foot, and had some stability issues when breaking in the shoes.

Some of the best spikes for distance/mid distance on the market. A ton of technology goes into these super spikes for a feel like no other shoe. Great for anything 400 to 2 mile. The shoe forces you to get up on your toes and calves can be a little sore after wearing them, but that's a small price to pay for everything you're getting out of this spike. A couple cons but nothing worrying: pretty pricey at $180, and not stable enough to use for xc.

Great for long runs and faster days, makes my legs feel great whenever I put them on. Clunky when running slowly, but that's not what the shoe is meant for. They are a bit unstable on sharp turns with the high stack height. Personally I don't mind this. This shoe is for cranking out miles on the path.

I love these shoes. They feel like the 37’s but the tongue support is just so nice. I put on a pair of 37’s recently and I couldn’t go back to them because of house comfortable the tongue on the 38 made the shoes.

Solid shoe, reliable for any run from long runs to track workouts. However I have a complaint that is a make or break on these shoes- the airbag. The airbag popped in one of my pairs after only 150 miles and lead to a lot of knee pain so I had to retire the pair. However I have a pair with over 400 miles where both airbags are intact and they feel great. Because of this I can't rate it that high and I probably would not buy it again.

These are very good spikes. They weigh nothing, but are somehow still supportive enough. I started them out in cross country, and they were great on the dirt. I put some smaller spikes in and they were good on the track, but they weren't great on a hard indoor track. They sacrifice cushioning, for weight and that usually works on a rubber track, or soft surfaces like an xc course, but on pavement they're rough.

I really love the shoes, they provide a lot of cushion and are great for distance. They aren't the best for track work, though, and the way they rub gives my feet blisters if I'm not careful

These are the first quality running shoes that were made specifically for running and wow they are awesome, Theses shoes come with nice cushion but not to much and a super lightweight , making a very good shoe for pretty much every run, tempo, easy run, moderate they are great all around trainers.

I like how these fit and the cushion/responsiveness. Don't like the upper too much, the heel cup isn't quite enough and the tongue isn't thicc enough so the laces don't feel very comfortable

it's a narrow shoe... but boy is it responsive. feels like you're getting propelled forward every step when you're going the right pace. the plate makes things super springy, despite what looks like a solid inch of React Foam.

I might have gotten too small of shoes because the side of my big toes is becoming increasingly hard. They seem to have more miles than they already have. They have some good comfort and I also have the same shoes as Karan and Tchosik so that helps.

Really good ride to them, and they have the usual Hoka padding. Dry really quickly, they're practically water resistant. You can get pretty good mileage on these, like around 600, and be fine. Not awesome shoes, but they're pretty good. They're kinda heavy and bulky, but it still feels nice to run in them.

They were pretty good shoes until I lost both of them mid race when I still had ~2 miles left to run. One of them disappeared into the mud, the other no longer looks like a shoe, as do the socks which I finished the race in

ONE: These were so nice and even though I was sad to lose my last pair these are great shoes and have incredible colors. Solid support but bounce and they're springy enough but leave you so comforted. I loved that these colors were the spunky dark purple and navy with some pink- midnight glow mmmm

These are super comfortable. A bit narrow, and a little hard to slip your foot into, but the extra cushion feels really nice and helps push me forward. My foot is really snug and the shoe looks very nice.

These Were surprisingly good considering I usually never wear Nike for running. I thought I'd give them a shot for maybe a couple days and return them for brooks but I never did. Two months after buying them my feet started killing me wearing these but that was because they were my daily drivers and running shoes which put on a lot of unnecessary miles on them. Overall, I didn't have high expectations for these shoes. They ended up being a lot better than I thought providing a sleek design and good support without having that big clunkiness like hokas.

Nike has discontinued this shoe since I have gotten them; however, I do not really like the newest update. I have had two pairs of this shoe and I really liked both of them. I have not worn the first pair in a while because I got them really dirty, but they seam to hold up from season to season and do not need to be replaced often. In my opinion they are pretty light, yet they are comfortable on rocks or bumpy surfaces and are a good shoe for the rougher terrain of a cross country course.

I really like them. Because Nike has discontinued the model I had to purchase them online, but I had a pair before them of the same model so I knew they would be good. After a couple seasons this shoe seams to rip and kind of fall apart. However, if you were planning on buying new spikes every year anyways their lightness and sock-like fit are very nice.

The shoe is very nice in comfort and breathablity. The shoe does not feel hot at all and I feel very comfortable. The upper is very stretchy, which makes it very nice. My only problem is the outsole. Rocks get stuck in it but it’s not that big of a deal. The traction on the outsole seems kinda average.

This pair of shoes is my second pair of running shoes in my Br. Rice career. I started using these at the EP meet in the 2017 season. I used them for the rest of the season and then started using them again for C4. The padding on them feels great. They almost had a bounce to them when they were brand new. But by the time the season starts these will be retired. They probably have close to 200 miles on them. But these are good shoes that I highly recommend.

These shoes look nice and bright when the upper part of the shoe is clean. One wash makes them look brand new and it reminds me why I bought the shoe, it revives it's colors.
For feel it's pretty cushioned like the blue ones and it starts to feel better as you use the shoe more. It has Adidas boost material for cushioning but your feet do get used to it.

These shoes feel comfortable and what made me buy them was the springy feeling the sole had when I tried them on but in the back of my head I was thinking that that shouldn't be persuading me to buy the shoe. Overall now they let me feel if I step on something as thin as a cable and they're light weight ( I can pick up each one with a pinky and it feels like the shoes are "feathers" , breathable, I can almost forget I'm wearing shoes. Also the fabric doesn't rip above the area of the big toe like other shoes

They're aren't the best shoes on the market, they don't have very much padding which leads to injury easily, but they're the best I've got for a little bit so they work as a last effort shoe.

One of the hexagons that is part of the bottom of the shoe broke after 430 miles on the shoe. I liked the shoes but I wouldn't recommend getting them in the winter because salt and small rocks get stuck in them.

These shoes were great they got me through my first cross and were fairly cheap (~90 bucks). I loved these guys, and they are incredibly durable, like no bull, I've done unspeakable (Steel man and 1000 repeats) to these bad boys and they still survived.

Nike Pegasus +30
Great running shoe. I only run in Nike's, so I tried the top three out which were the Free Runs, the Lunarglides, and the Pegasus. Pegasus are built for neutral runners and are the least popular of these three. But when you think of it, the shoe came out in 1983, and now it is 2014. The shoe has been around over 30 years and the other shoes are just turning five years old.
The upper is a strong mesh and uses a cushlon outsole versus the lunarlon used in the Nike Lunarglides. The cushlon is made for training and does not need a few runs to break in where as lunarlon needs a while to break in just so you can feel comfortable while running. Lunarlon did not work well for me, it wears out very quick and the dynamic support gives out after about 200 miles of pounding which leads to over-pronation and the first signs of shin splints which the lunarlon is made to help since it is a cushioning made for stability shoes.
Even though I pronate, the neutral running shoe conforms to my foot very well. I love the feeling to the shoe. And I'd rather have confidence in a pair of shoes that feel comfortable than in a pair of shoes made for my feet and I hate running an entire season in.

Overall, it is the best shoe I have ran and I definitely will be using this shoe for the rest of my training in high school and further on. It took roughly a year and a half to find the shoe that helps me with comfort while running and with injuries from running. Since I have been running in these, I have had limited hip pain and shin pains which were present when I had been running in the Lunarglides and Free Runs. The shoe is built like a tank and is the best shoe from the Nike arsenal for distance running. I have about a hundred miles ran in them as of now and they still look like I pulled them out of the orange box.

A terrible update to a great shoe. I have had over 15 pairs of the asics gel-ds trainer 16s, and have tried the 17's. Both are/were very good shoes, nice cushioning but also light, for some reason asics decided to try to make them look flashier with this weird webbing around the front of the foot, the problem with it is that it messed up the toebox completely, the shoe also seems to be thinner with less cushioning, would only recommend to someone who is looking for a very lightweight trainer and even then I would probably not suggest it.
