Outdoor CCL Wrap Up

Last night the Track & Field team competed in the Catholic League Championship at Loyola. Crusaders placed 8th as a team. 2nd place performances came from Dylan McDonnell in the 300 hurdles & Al Crema in the shot put. 3rd place efforts came from Tommy Sloyan in the high hurdles & Matt Pikus in the Shot Put. Other medalists include McDonnell (4th, high hurdles), Sloyan (4th, 300 hurdles) & the 5th place 4x400 relay team of Emeir White, McDonnell, Sloyan & Andrew Straley. Next Thursday the team will compete in the Lyons Township Sectional for the right to advance to the state championships.
