IHSA 2A Boy's Cross Country State Wrap Up

This past Saturday, the cross country team completed their season at the IHSA State Championships at historic Detweiller Park in Peoria. The cold, rain, wind, & mud made for perfect “Running Ugly” conditions. The Crusaders placed 21st, the 4th best finish in school history! Charley Duggan led the way placing 47th. Gavin O’ Connor also had a strong race taking 73rd. Charlie Walsh (173rd), Andrew Straley (175th) & Danny Macis (202nd) rounded out the scoring. Duggan ends the season with the 10th fastest junior time in school history, O’Connor the 6th sophomore, & Straley the 3rd freshman
