Spartan Invite Wrap Up

On Friday night, the Track & Field team took part in the Spartan Classic at Oak Lawn.  The Crusaders finished 5th out of nine schools.  Event champions were the 4x800 relay team of Mikey Corcoran, Dan Spellman, Eddie Burke and Tommy Gleeson and the 4x400 team of Nehemiah Ray, Gleeson, Corcoran and Harrison Morg.  Second place efforts came from Justin Palmer in the 300 hurdles, Spellman in the 1600 and the Frosh/Soph 4x400 team of Adrian Campos, Sean Maloney, Joe Hladik, and Dan Zapata.  Special shout out to senior Matt Reidy for a great race in the 3200!  Tomorrow the team will travel to Marmion before returning home on Thursday to host the 13th Annual Rice Relays.
