Argo Invite & Kevin Richards Frosh/Soph Invite Wrap Ups

On Saturday the Varsity team competed at the Argo Invitational.  The team placed 9th out of 14 schools.  The top performer on the day was Chase Hall who placed second in both the 55m dash and the 200.  Ronan Dolan finished third in the 200 and sixth in the triple jump.  At Evanston, the sophomore team placed fifth.  Event champions were Mikey Corcoran in the 800m and the 4x200 relay team of Brandon Bryant, Dwayne Moorehead, Kelton Stokes, and Adrian Campos.  Moorehead added two more runner up finishes in the 55m dash and as part of the 4x400 relay with Bryant, Corcoran & Campos.  The short handed freshmen Crusaders took sixth.  The top performer was newcomer Julius Lujano who took third in the shot put.  This Sunday the team will compete for the Catholic League Indoor Championship at the University of Chicago.
