Joe Mortimer Invite Wrap Up

Yesterday the Frosh/Soph Cross Country team competed in the Joe Mortimer Invitational at Turtle head Lake.  The Freshmen team placed 8th out of 20 teams. The Crusaders were led by Eddie Burke who ran a strategically smart race to place 5th in a field of over 200 runners.  Kevin O'Connell, Mike Corcoran, Danny Farritor, and Kevin Lynch were also medalists.  Harrison Morg, Alex MacFarlane, Michael Nelligan, and Grant Gierhahn all set personal bests in the sophomore race.  Tomorrow the entire team will travel to Wheaton.
