Spectator Notes:

There will be a $4 charge to enter the course from the parking lot, payable either online or in cash on the day of the event. Please see THIS INFORMATION for information on how to pay ahead of time online.

Entry to the facility will be on Cherry Lane, off of Kirk Road, just south of the Kane County Cougars’ Stadium. You will be directed to park in the appropriate available parking in the Cougars’ parking lot.

Please know that there is a substantial walk involved in getting from the parking lot to the top of the course. Please see THIS INFORMATION for more on how to access the top of the course. Shuttles to the top of the course will be provided for those who need mobility assistance. Signs will be posted for those needing rides to the top and back to the button at the end of the meet.

It will be helpful to make sure you have, at minimum, a cell phone flashlight, but it might be helpful to have a small, battery powered flashlight to aid in your walk back to the parking lot after the meet. The course will be lit, but some of the areas off the course may be pretty dark in places.

Limited amounts of t-shirts and sweatshirts will be available for purchase during the meet, but they are likely to run out. They are available while they last on a first-come basis.

Settlers Hill XC Course is looking for sponsors! If you or your business is interested and able, Settlers Hill is looking for sponsorship to help them cover the cost of running these meets and making improvements. It is a big job, and it involves a tremendous amount of time, money, and effort. They truly do a tremendous service to our sport.
