(Feb 26 - Mar 3)

Omar Paramo- Charger Invite-  2 PR's, splitting 2:00 in the 4x8, then doubling back to WIN the Class A 1600m in a PR 4:29

Ethan Prior- Charger Invite- 2 Indoor PRs, splitting 2:02 in the 4x8, then doubling back to WIN the Class B 1600m run in an indoor PR 4:31.95.

Andrew Radulovich- HUGE 1600m PR in the Class C 1600m, running 5:10.  Made moves, competed hard!

Jake Rutkowski- 3200m Time Trial on Friday.  Shocked the world with a 10:52, his best time last year was well over 12:00.  Ran aggressively and fearlessly.

Jon Richardson- 3200m Time Trial on Friday.  PRed through the mile in 5:33, Jon fearlessly hang on for a big PR of 11:36.  Jon ran over 19:00 for a 2-mile during the summer, he has come a long way and this is only the beginning for him...
