As we enter the championship phase of the season, we have lots of great things to look forward to. We can look forward at the next few weeks with expectation and eagerness because of the work put in...
1. Mileage Chart. Click HERE to see the updated mileage chart. While we have some guys who have slacked on this, we have a large number of guys getting it done... We have 1 guy over 700 miles, 2 more guys that will enter the 500 mile club this week, and a 3rd guy will within 2 weeks.

Let’s continue to race these next 3 weeks with expectation of great results, and absolute confidence in the preparation that has been done. The sport of running is lots of weeks and weeks of hard, consistent training, with a few times a year where the hard training all comes together and pays off with great results. That time of year is upon us. Now just toe the line with confidence and let it happen.
Go Tigers!!!!
