Springbrook workout- 08/25/12- BIG IMPROVEMENTS!!

Check out results from the workout on Saturday, Aug 25 @ Springbrook Prairie.  We did a similar workout 2 weeks ago, and most of the guys showed BIG improvements!  I believe it was hotter this time around as well.  Keep up the great work men, it is paying off!
