LADY KNIGHT GIRLS INVITATIONAL

The bus departs for the St. Louis area from Isabel's house (1741 Clyde Drive, Naperville) at 8:30 am.
A team breakfast will begin at her house at 7:30 am. Please bring the following food items.
Freshmen-Fruit
Sophomores-Muffins, yogurt, and similar food items
Juniors-Bagels and cream cheese
Seniors-Drinks

MEET LOCATION: Triad High School 703 East U.S. Highway 40, Troy, IL
TEAMS COMPETING: Belleville West, Collinsville, Effingham, Freeburg, Highland, Mahomet-Seymour, Mater Dei, Naperville Central, Triad, Waterloo
ENTRIES:Two Individuals per running event, Three individuals per field event and One entry per Relay event.
ADMISSIONS: $3 for Adults; $1 for Students
SCORING: Individual Events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 Relay Events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
AWARDS: Medals to the top 5 of each event; Trophies to the top 3 teams. Plaques will go to the Sprinting, Distance, Jumping and Throwing Athletes of the meet this year
TIMING: F.A.T. Provided by Endurance Race Timing
CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be open. There will be a hospitality room for the coaches.

The winner of the varsity 4x400 wins 6 pizzas for its team. The Team Trophies, Individual Plaques, Pizzas, Donuts, and Medals will be presented to teams at the finish line at the end of the meet. The throws will have a combined distance, separately, for shot put and discus. The team with the furthest combined distance for each throwing event will earn 24 donuts per event won.
