DISCUS (3 Throws; 4 Athletes; Total Distance) SHOT PUT (3 Throws; 4 Athletes; Total Distance) HIGH JUMP (4 athletes, 2 flights- best last) LONG JUMP (4 Athletes, Total Distance) at one pit TRIPLE JUMP (4 Athletes; Total Distance) at other pit Long and triple will use the same runway. An adult will be supervising. Athletes come and jump when they can- event will close at 11:00.
More information will be provided at the meet with exact procedures for the long jump, triple jump, and high jump. |

Open mile for any athlete not competing. Times will be read off, times will not be recorded- Just trying to give athletess a chance to compete. |

4 x 1600- 4 athletes each run a 1600 and then hand the baton off to teammate.
