Timer/Seeding: Race Time
Entries: Enter the runners you plan to run only! You may only run seven (7) competitors at the varsity level, unlimited entries on all other levels. Entries are due by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16th. You do not need to declare which race your athletes are entering.
Timing: Please use the attached meet entry doc: LINK names “WSC Silver
Conference Meet Entry Form”. Please make a copy of this document and send it to Julie, racetime21@hotmail.com, by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16th.

Awards: Will follow the last race. Varsity- Top 16 conference medalist
Lower levels- Top 16 ribbons
T-Shirts: Pre-order only and will not be for sale the day of the meet; all shirts will be delivered at the WSC post-season meeting on Wednesday, October 16th @ 6:30 pm at East Leyden High School.
Concessions: Will be available
Buses: Buses should drop off teams at Berens Park and then go south on West Ave. to Emerson Elementary School and park in the Emerson School lot (less than a mile south on West Ave.)
Buses may not park in the Berens Park lot or side streets! Please share contact information with your bus driver to have them pick you up at the end of the meet.
Parking: Spectators may park in the lot at Berens Park
Weather: In the event of inclement weather, teams should use their bus for shelter. Please share your contact information with your bus driver, in the event of inclement weather.
