LOCATION: Bulldog Athletic Complex

Schools: Carmel, Crystal Lake South (Boys), Deerfield (Boys), Dundee-Crown, Grant, Grayslake North, Johnsburg, Lake Forest, Lake Forest Academy, Lakes,
Marengo, Richmond-Burton, Round Lake, St. Viator, Vernon Hills, Waukegan, Wheeling (Boys), Westlake Christian, Wilmot, Woodstock North, Zion-Benton
Course: All races are 3 miles. (See Attached Course Map)
Markings: Red flags denote a left turn, yellow flags denote a right turn, and blue flags denote a straight ahead. The course will be double lined and single lined with natural barriers in open areas until entering/exiting the back loop of the course. Runners are expected to remain within these boundaries.
Parking: Buses will drop off athletes at the Bulldog Athletic Complex main lot off Molidor Road and then proceed to park at Big Hollow Middle School off Nippersink Road. Buses will be allowed back in the lot in the case of severe weather. Pick-up will be after 11:45am in the Molidor Road parking Lot.
There will be NO PARKING for spectators on site at Bulldog Athletic Complex except for handicapped parking. Please inform parents that they
will need to park at Big Hollow Elementary School off Fish Lake Road with overflow parking at Big Hollow Middle School off Nippersink Road. We will
have shuttle buses that will transport spectators between Big Hollow and Bulldog Athletic Complex before, during, and after the meet.
Time Schedule:
9:00 a.m. Girls Frosh/Soph Race (Unlimited)
9:35 a.m. Boys Frosh/Soph Race (Unlimited)
10:10 a.m. Girls Varsity Race (7 entries)
10:40 a.m. Boys Varsity Race (7 entries)
11:10 a.m. Boys/Girls Open Race (Unlimited)
* Races will start at these times and no earlier.
12:00 p.m. Awards (Medalists and Teams in Varsity and Frosh/Soph races) Ribbons will be available for pickup at the conclusion of the meet in the maintenance area.
Awards: Varsity - 1st - 3 rd Place Team Trophies, 1st Place Individual Plaque Medals for runners 2nd - 20th Place; Ribbons for runners 21st - 35th Place
Frosh/Soph - 1st - 3rd Place Team Trophies; Medals for runners 1st - 10th Place; Ribbons for runners 11th - 25th Place
Open Race- Boys/Girls- 1st - 20th Ribbons for each gender

T-Shirts/Apparel: Fine Designs will be on site selling and printing custom apparel at the meet.
