4:30 TEAM WARMUP (jogging, stretching, drills)
4:45 Volunteer Parent meeting- any parent willing to help with the meet.
5:00 Meet Begins
Frosh/Soph will run first followed by Varsity
We will run as many Heats as necessary to allow everyone a chance for a time
Stay at the Finish line until someone gets your name or gives you a time. Some relays and distance events may have combined heats. Athletes check in at the field event and near the starting line for your running event.
Order of Events:
4 x 800m relay
55m HH
55m dash
800m run
400m dash
55m LH
1600m run
200m dash
4 x 400m relay
High Jump (3 misses per height)
Long Jump (3 jumps each, cafeteria style, 1 hour to finish)
Triple Jump (3 jumps each, following Long Jump)
Pole Vault (3 misses per height)
Shot Put (3 throws)
