Plainfield North Relay Invite (Girls) (02/28/2020)

Running Events:  5:10 p.m.. (No Prelims)

Antioch, Bartlett, Hoffman Estates, Lakes, Lemont, Maine South, Neuqua Valley, Plainfield North, Providence Catholic, Rock Island, Rosary, St Charles East

Track:

Spikes are ONLY allowed on the track. 

The track is 179.9 meters and consists of 4 lanes with a 6 lane straightaway

Starting Blocks:

Plainfield North will provide starting blocks.  However, feel free to bring your own.

Scoring:

10-8-6-4-2-1 (Individuals & Relays)

Awards:

Plaques will be awarded to each of the top 3 teams.

Relays:   Medals – 1^st Place; Ribbons – 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th

200 & 400;  Medals – 1^st Place: Ribbons -2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th

T-Shirts:

Military Green shirts will be sold.  Shirts have silver + white screen. Cash or checks to PNHS are accepted. $15.00.

SHOT PUT – 4 Throws  (4 athletes, total distance-Relay)

LONG JUMP  - 3 Jumps (2 athletes, Relay) 

TRIPLE JUMP – 3 Jumps (2 athletes, Relay) 

HIGH JUMP – Starting Height TBD (3 athletes, total height Relay)

(Long Jump followed by Triple Jump)

55 DASH - 4 GIRLS (Times will be added to compute relay time/place)

55 HIGH HURDLES - 4 GIRLS (Times will be added to compute relay time/place)

400 (OPEN)- 2 GIRLS

4X200 RELAY- 1 Varsity and 1 JV GIRLS TEAM (JV will go first)
