There will be a trainer on duty during the race. Ice, water and Gatorade will be available. |

When assistant starter sees area is clear, he will signal starter. Starter will fire pistol.

Additional Course Information
Kress Creek Farm is a large open field park with crushed granite trail and a Frisbee golf course within the park.
It is owned by the West Chicago Park District, who has allowed us to use it for cross country.
It is located about a quarter mile west of Joliet Road on a dead end portion of Wilson Road.
It is about ¾ of a mile south of Route 38 (Roosevelt Road). You can internet search for Manville Oaks Park if you are having trouble finding it. This park is directly north of Kress Creek Farm.
The course itself will consist of two 1.5 mile loops about 40% on a wide landscaped crushed granite trail and 60% on manicured Frisbee golf fairways. They are some rolling hills. The course will be lined and hazards marked. The course has natural barriers.
PARKING: During the races parking will be available at Manville Oaks. It is a small entrance half way between Roosevelt Rd and Wilson Ave. Only team buses and cars marked with handicapped stickers or plates will be allowed to enter Wilson Ave.
Please notify your spectators that they will park in the large open field just North of Wilson street. Manville Oaks. There will be people directing traffic and in key locations to help direct them to the race parking area. Parents and fans must follow the marked path to the intersection of Joliet St. and Wilson Avenue to enter the park.
